          the NAMES file completely; saved in different format from

        added error correction routine when entering absences so no
          number larger than 99 will be accepted.

        redesigned interface using WGLIB; eliminated two external files
          used by earlier version (note that the WGLIB.DLL file included
          with The Register is a run-time version only. You will not
          be able to use it in any Visual Basic program you create.)
        corrected file save routines so there is no corruption of data
        several minor bug fixes
        program will now compute grades that are higher than points (for
          example, points might be 200 but student has a grade of 210
          through extra-credit. Register will now accept the grade, after
          a warning, and complete all computations.)

        If you have downloaded and are using a previous version, you can
        delete STATUS.DLL and VBGP.VBX since these are no longer required.
