To run the file, a) double click it from File Manager, or b) add it to one of your existing program groups by selecting File-New from the Program Manager menu. Then select Program Item and in the dialog box that follows, for Description, enter The Constitution For Command Line, enter WINHELP.EXE CONSTI.HLP Click OK and the Help Question Mark icon will appear in your program group. The Constitution itself is public domain, however this edition with search key words, hypertext jumps, quick reference guide, and browse sequences compiled as a Windows (tm) Help file is Copyright (c) 1993 by Arbor Verde Press and is being distributed as shareware. If you like the program and plan on continuing to use it, the registration fee is $5.00. If you would like complete registration including a disk with the original RTF file and help project file, which would allow you to modify/recompile the program and/or call context sensitive help to the Constitution from your application, the registration fee is $15.00.
