First move all files into a directory of your choice onto your hard drive.
To install The Holy Bible into Windows, make or open the Group that you
want to install the Bible into.  From Program Manager, select New, and 
then Program Item.  You will then be able to type in the path and file 
name, or you can select browse to find the file bible.hlp.  The icon can
then be changed by selecting File, Properties, and then Change Icon.  I 
have included the Bible.ico with the help file.
