God's Word For Windows Version 1.1a is a Shareware Bible search program for
Windows 3.X. Enter keywords, optionally using logical connectives (AND, OR,
and NOT) and God's Word For Windows searches the Bible for verses conforming
to your search parameters. Wild cards in keywords are supported. Matching
verses may be viewed, then copied to the clipboard for insertion into your
word processor. Perfect for Ministers, Theologians, Philosophers of religion,
etc. Includes a 270 topic user extensible topic topical index. Currently
available in King James version.


Perform the following steps to install God's Word For Windows:

1. Ensure that you have received the following ZIP files:

   GWW11A01.ZIP, GWW11A02.ZIP, GWW11A03.ZIP, GWW11A04.ZIP GWW11A05.ZIP, 
   GWW11A06.ZIP, GWW11A07.ZIP, GWW11A08.ZIP, GWW11A09.ZIP GWW11A10.ZIP, 
   GWW11A11.ZIP, GWW11A12.ZIP


2. Unzip these files using PKUNZIP into a temporary directory. The resulting 
   files should be:

   GWW11A.000, GWW11A.001, GWW11A.002, GWW11A.003, GWW11A.004, GWW11A.005
   GWW11A.006, GWW11A.007, GWW11A.008, GWW11A.009, GWW11A.010, GWW11A.011
   GW4WIN.SIZ  INSTALL.EXE README.TXT

   If any of these files are missing, the installation will not complete
   successfully in which case you should call my BBS (604) 474-1664 to   
   download the most recent and complete version. Please leave me a note
   indicating where you received this program and an address or phone
   number so that I may bring them up to date.

3. If you are low on disk space, erase the ZIP files. The install program 
   requires 4.7 megabytes of free disk space.


4. From within Windows, run the INSTALL program by pulling down the Program
   Manager's FILE menu in the and typing <current directory>\INSTALL.EXE in
   response to the COMMAND LINE prompt. For example if you unzipped the files
   into the directory C:\JUNK, you type C:\JUNK\INSTALL.EXE. Follow the
   installation program's instructions as directed. 


5. If you wish to make distribution diskettes for this program, I suggest the
   following file organization:

   for 1.44 meg diskettes:

       disk 1: INSTALL.EXE, GW4WIN.SIZ, README.TXT, GWW11A.000, GWW11A.001
               GWW11A.002 GWW11A.003

The installation program may be run from the first diskette and will 
prompt the user to insert the remaining diskettes as required.
