   1. JOY TO THE WORLD!

    Joy  to  the  world!  the  Lord is come;
   Let earth receive her King;
   Let ev'ry heart prepare Him room,
   And heav'n and nature sing,
   And heav'n and nature sing,
   And heav'n and heav'n and nature sing.

   Joy  to  the  world! the Saviour reigns;
   Let men their songs employ;
   While fields and floods, rocks, hills
   And plains - Repeat the sounding joy,
   Repeat the sounding joy,
   Repeat,   repeat   the   sounding   joy.

   He rules the world with truth and grace
   And makes the nations prove
   The glories of - His righteousness
   And wonders of His love,
   And wonders of His love,
   And wonders, wonders of His love.

   2. HARK! THE HERALD ANGELS SING

    Hark! the herald angels sing;
   Glory to the newborn King;
   Peace on earth, and mercy mild,
   God and sinners reconciled!
   Joyful all ye nations, rise,
   Join the triumph of the skies;
   With th'angelic host proclaim,
   Christ is born in Bethlehem.

   REFRAIN:
   Hark! the herald angels sing,
   Glory to the newborn King.

   Christ,   by   highest   heav'n  adored;
   Christ, the everlasting Lord;
   Late in time behold him come,
   Off-spring   of   the   Virgin's   womb.
   Veil'd   in   flesh  the  God-head  see;
   Hail th'Incarnate De-i-ty,
   Pleased as Man with man to dwell,
   Jesus, our Emmanuel.
   (Refrain)

   Mild He lays His glory by,
   Born that man no more may die,
   Born to raise the sons of earth,
   Born to give them second birth.
   Ris'n with healing in His wings,

   Light and life to all he brings,
   Hail the Sun of Righteousness!
   Hail the heav'n-born Prince of Peace!
   (Refrain)

   3. WHAT CHILD IS THIS

    What Child is this, Who, laid to rest,
   On Mary's lap is sleeping?
   Whom angels greet with anthems sweet,
   While   shepherds   watch  are  keeping?
   This,  this  --  is  Christ,  the  King;
   Whom shepherds guard and angels sing:
   Haste, haste to bring Him laud,
   The Babe, the Son -- of Mary!

   So bring Him in - cense, gold and myrrh,
   Come peasant, king to own Him;
   The  King  of  kings,  salvation brings;
   Let loving hearts enthrone Him.
   Raise, raise - the song on high,
   The Virgin sings her lullaby:
   Joy, joy, -- for Christ is born,
   The Babe, the Son -- of Mary!

   4. WE THREE KINGS OF ORIENT ARE

    We three kings of Orient are;
   Bearing gifts we traverse a- far,
   Field and fountain, moor and mountain,
   Following yonder star.

   CHORUS:
    O --- Star of wonder, star of night,
   Star with royal beauty bright,
   Westward   leading,   still  proceeding,
   Guide us to Thy perfect light.

   Born a King on Bethlehem's plain,
   Gold I bring, to crown Him again,
   King for ever, ceasing never,
   O-ver us all to reign. (Chorus)

   Frankincense to offer have I,
   In-cense owns a De-i-ty nigh.
   Pray'r and praising, all men raising,
   Worship Him, God most High. (Chorus)

   Myrrh is mine, its bit-ter per-fume
   Breathes  a  life  of  gathering  gloom;
   Sorrowing,   sighing,  bleeding,  dying,
   Seal'd in the stone cold tomb. (Chorus)

   Glo-rious  now  behold  Him  a  -  rise,
   King and God and Sac - ri-fice,
   Al  -  le  -  lu  -ia, Al - le - lu -ia;
   Earth to heav'n re - plies. (Chorus)

   6. SILENT NIGHT

   Si - lent night! Ho - ly night!
   All is calm, all is bright:
   Round yon Virgin Mother and Child,
   Ho - ly In-fant, so tender and mild,
   Sleep in heav-en-ly peace, ----
   Sleep in heav-en-ly peace. ----

   Si - lent night! Ho - ly night!
   Shepherds quake at the sight!
   Glories   stream   from   heaven  a-far,
   Heavn'ly     hosts   sing   Al-le-lu-ia;
   Christ,   the   Savior,   is   born,----
   Christ,   the   Savior,   is   born.----

   Si - lent night! Ho - ly night!
   Son of -- God, love's pure light
   Radiant beams from Thy ho - ly face
   With the dawn of re -deem -ing grace,
   Jesus, Lord at Thy birth, ----
   Jesus, Lord at Thy birth. ----

   Fa la la la la, la la la la.

   9. O COME, ALL YE FAITHFUL

    O come, all ye faithful,
     Joyful and triumphant,
   O   come  ye,  O come ye to Beth-le-hem;
   Come  and  behold Him,
     Born the King of an-gels;

   CHORUS:
   O come, let us adore Him,
   O come, let us adore Him,
   O come, let us adore Him,
   Christ, the Lord!

   Sing, choirs of angels,
     Sing with exultations,
   Sing, all ye citizens of heav'n above:
   Glory to God in the highest;
   (Chorus)

   Yea, Lord we greet Thee,
     Born this happy morning,
   Jesus, to Thee be glo-ry giv'n;
   Word of the Father,
     Now in flesh appearing;
   (Chorus)

   10. THE FIRST NOEL

    The first Noel the an-gel did say,
   Was to certain poor shepherds in
     fields as they lay;
   In fields where they
     lay keeping their sheep
   On a cold winter's night
     that was so deep.

  CHORUS:
    Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel, -----
   Born is the King of Is-ra-el.

   They looked up and saw a Star
   Shining  in  the  East, beyond them far;
   And to the earth it gave great light,
   And so it continued both day and night.
   (Chorus)

   This star drew nigh to the North-West,
   O'er Bethlehem it took rest,
   And there it did both stop and stay
   Right o-ver the place where Je-sus lay.
   (Chorus)

   Then en-ter'd in there Wise-men three,
   Full   rev-'rently   on   bended   knee,
   And  of-fer'd there in His -- pres-ence,
   Their gold and myrrh and frankincense.
   (Chorus)

 11.  JINGLE BELLS

Dashing thtough the snow
 In a one horse open sleigh
 O'er the feilds we go
 Laughing all the way.

Bells on bobtail ring
 Making spirits bright
 What fun it is to ride and sing
 A sleighing song tonight.

Jingle bells, Jingle bells,
 Jingle all the way!
 Oh, what fun it is to ride
 In a one horse open sleigh.

A day or two ago
 I thought I'd take a ride
 And soon Miss Fannie Bright
 Was seated by my side.

The horse was lean and lank
 Misfortune seemed his lot
 He got into a drifted bank
 And then we got upsot! ** Chorus 2 X

 12. Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Oh! the weather outside is frightful
 But the fire is so delightful
 And since we've no place to go
 Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

It Doesn't show signs of stopping
 And I brought some corn for popping
 The lights are turned way down low
 Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

When we fin-al-ly kiss goodnight
 How I'll hate go-ing out in the storm!
 But if you really hold me tight
 All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying
 And my dear we're still good-bye-ing
 But as long as you love me so
 Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

 13. SILVER BELLS

City sidewalks, busy sidewalks dressed in holiday style
 In the air there's a feeling of Christmas.
 Children laughing, people passing, meeting smile after smile
 And on ev- 'ry street corner you can hear:

Silver Bells, Silver Bells,
 It's Christmas time in the city,
 Ring-a-ling, hear them ring,
 Soon it will be Christma day.

Strings of street lights, even stop lights,
  blink a bright red and green,
 As the shoppers rush home with their treasures.
 Hear the snow crunch, see the kids bunch,
  this is Santa's big scene,
 And above all this bustle you hear:
 Chorus

 15. We Wish You A Merry Christmas

We wish you a merry Christmas,
 (  3 times)
 And a Happy New Year

Good Tidings we bring
 for you and your kin,
 We wish you a Merry Christmas
 and a Happy New Year.

Now bring us some fig-gy pudding,
 ( 3 times)
 And bring it out here.

 14. The Christmas Song
 (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)

Chest-nuts roast-ing on an open fire,
 Jack Frost nip-ping at your nose,
 Yuletide car-ols be-ing sung by a choir
 And folks dressed up like Es -ki-mos,
 Everybody
 knows a tur-key and some mis-tle-toe
 Help to make the season bright
 Tiny tots, with their eyes all a-glow
 Will find it hard to sleep tonight,
 They know that
 Santa's on his way;
 he's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh.
 And ev-'ry mother's child, is gona spy
 To see is rein-deer real-ly know how to fly.
 And so, I'm
 of-fer-ing this sim-ple phrase
 To kids from one to nine-ty-two.
 Altho' it's been said many times many ways;
 "Mer-ry Christ-mas to you."

 16. Frosty The Snowman

Frosty the snowman, was a jolly, happy soul,
 With a corncob pipe and a button nose
 And two eyes made out of coal.

Frosty the snowman, is a fairy tale they say,
 He was made of snow, but, the children know
 How he came to life one day.

There must have been some magic in
 That old silk hat they found,
 For when they placed it on his head, He began to dance around.

Oh, Frosty the snowman was alive as he could be,
 And the children say, he could laugh and play
 Just the same as you and me.

Frosty the snowman, knew the sun was hot that day,
 so he said, "Let's run and we'll have some fun
 Now before I melt away."

Down to the village with a broomstick in his hand,
 Running here and there, all around the square,
 Saying, "Catch me if you can."

He led them down the streets of town,
 Right to the traffic cop, and he only paused a moment,
 When he heard him holler, "Stop!"

For Frosty the snowman had to hurry on his way,
 But he waved good-bye, saying "Don't you cry,
 I'll be back again someday."

Thumpety, thump, thump! Thumpety, thump, thump! Look at Frosty go!
Thumpety, thump, thump! Thumpety, thump, thump! Over the hills of snow!

17. Santa Claus Is Comming To Town

You better watch out, you better not cry,
 Better not pout, I'm telling you why
 Santa Claus is comming to town!

He's making a list, and checking it twice,
 Gonna find out who's naughty and nice
 Santa Claus is comming to town.

He sees you when you're sleeping,
 He knows when you're awake,
 He knows if you've been bad or good,
 So be good for goodness sake!

(First Verse)

With little tin horns and little toy drums,
 Rooty-toot-toots and rummy-tum-tums
 Santa Claus is comming to town!

With curly head dolls that toddle and coo,
 Elephants, boats and kiddie cars too
 Santa Claus is comming to town!

The kids in girl and boy land,
 Will have a jubilee,
 They're gonna build a toyland town,
 All around the Christmas tree!

(first verse)

 18. Winter Wonderland

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?
 In the lane, snow is glistening.
 A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight,
 Walking in a winter wonderland.

Gone away is the bluebird,
 Here to stay is a new bird,
 He sings a love song, as we go along,
 Walking in a winter wonderland.

In the meadow we can build a snowman,
 Then pretend that he is Parson Brown.
 He'll say, "Are you married?"
 We'll say, "No, man!
 But you can do the job when you're in town!"

Later on, we'll conspire,
 as we dream by the fire,
 To face unafraid, the plans that we've made,
 Walking in a winter wonderland.

 19. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer

Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer
 Had a very shiny nose;
 And if you ever saw it
 You would even say it glows.

All of the other reindeer
 Used to laugh and calling him names;
 They never let poor Rudolph
 Join in any reindeer games.

Then one foggy Christmas Eve,
 Santa came to say,
 Rudolph with your nose so bright,
 Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?

Then how the reindeer loved him
 As they shouted out with glee,
 Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer,
 You'll go down in history.

 20. O Little Town Of Bethlehem

O Little Town of Bethlehem,
 How still we see thee lie!
 A-bove thy deep and dreamless sleep
 The silent stars go by.
 Yet, in thy dark streets shin-eth
 The everlasting light:
 The hopes and fears of all the years
 Are met in thee to-night.

21.  O Christmas Tree

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,
 How beautiful and bright.
 O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,
 How beautiful and bright.

The sight of thee at Christmas tide
 Spreads hope and gladness, Far and wide,
 O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree
 How beautiful and bright.

O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
 Thou tree most fair and love-ly!
 O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,
 Thou tree most fair and love-ly

(repeat chorus)

   5. IT CAME UPON THE MIDNIGHT CLEAR

    It came up - on the mid-night clear,
   That glo-rious song of old, ---
   From an-gels bend - ing near the earth
   To touch their harps of gold: --
   "Peace on the earth, good-will to men
   From  heav'n's  all-gra-cious  King." --
   The world in solemn still-ness lay
   To hear the an - gels sing.

   Still through the cloven skies they come
   With  peace-ful  wings  un  - furl'd; --
   And still their heav'n-ly music floats
   O'er all the weary world: ----
   Above its sad and low - ly plains
   They bend on hov - 'ring wing; ---
   And ev - er o'er its Babel sounds
   The bless - ed an - gels sing.

   O   ye,  be-neath life's crush-ing load,
   Whose forms are bend - ing low, ---
   Who toil a - long the climb-ing way
   With pain - ful steps and slow! ---
   Look now, for glad and gold - en hours
   Come swift - ly on the wing; ---
   O rest be - side the wea - ry road,
   And hear the an - gels sing.

   For lo! the days are hast-'ning on,
   By proph - ets seen of old, ----
   When with the ev - er-circling years
   Shall come the time fore - told, ---
   When the new heav'n and earth shall own
   The Prince of Peace, their King, ----
   And the whole world send back the song
   Which now the an - gels sing.

   8. GOD REST YE MERRY, GENTLEMEN

 God rest ye mer-ry, gen-tle-men, From God our Heavenly Father
  Let nothing you dismay,                   A blessed Angel came;
 Remember Christ, our Saviour, And unto certain Shepherds
  Was born on Christmas Day, Brought tidings of the same:
 To save us all from Sa-tan's pow'r How that in Bethlehem was born
  When we were gone a - stray; The Son of God by Name.
                                          (Chorus)
CHORUS:
O -- tidings of comfort and joy, Now to the Lord sing praises,
Comfort and joy! All you within this place,
O -- tidings of comfort and joy. And with true love and brotherhood
                                            Each other now embrace;
   In Bethlehem, in Jewry, This holy tide of Christmas
     This blessed Babe was born, All other doth deface.
   And laid within a manger, (Chorus)
     Upon this blessed morn;
   This which His Mother Mary
     Did nothing take in scorn.
   (Chorus)
