Welcome to ((hirocript)) by Hiro101, this help file will help you with most
problems you have with this script.

Notify Database:

Purpose: Tells you if the people on your notify list are the real people
or imposters.

How to use: If you run the personalization script that should take care of
setting it up, otherwise /setnotify will allow you to add peoples wildcard
addresses to your data base. I.E. For your friend Bob at
bob@dialup_12.ISP.com. You would put *!*bob@*isp.com or *!*@*isp.com.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Netsplit Detection:

Purpose: Tells you when there is a netsplit.

How to use: You don't have to do anything to this one, it is already set up.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Clone Scan:

Purpose: This can search sites or channels for clones. This does not find
people with mode +i so it may not be 100% accurate.

How to use: For a site type /clist *site*
To look it up using a nickname type /clist -n <nickname>
            To scan a channel /clist <channel>
To echo the results instead of in a channel: /clist <params> -e

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Clone k/b Search:

Purpose: This accurately and quickly can search a channel that you are in for
clones and if the proper switches put will kick and/or ban.

How to use: To just list: type /clones <channelname>
            To kick clones: /clones -k <channelname>
            To kick/ban Clones: /clones -kb <channelname>

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Channel Scan:

Purpose: Scans channel and shows results for:
         How many ops
How many People
How many Clones and there names
How many IRCops
How many away users
how many voiced users
And if you are on the channel and the undernet, the cservice bot.

How to use: type /cscan <channelname>
            To echo results type /cscan <channelname> -e

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Personal Scan:

Purpose: Scans person for stats and shows results for:
Site
If they're away
Server
If they're in IRCop
Idle time
Channels

How to use: type /pscan <nick>
            to echo results type /pscan <nick> -e

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

IRCop Scan:

Purpose: Either search all of IRC or the specific channel for IRCops and show
results for how many, there names, and how many % are away

How to use: for all of IRC: type /oplist
            for channel: type /oplist <channelname>
            to echo: type /oplist <params> -e

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vote:

Purpose: Vote on a topic.

How to use: This one's a little tricky, type /vote whatever whatever
^<param1>^ whatever whatever ^<param2>^.
By putting ^'s around the parameters to vote on it tells the script what the
vote is on. I.E. /vote Is ^Netscape^ better or is ^MSiE^
or /vote is ((hirocript)) the best ^yes^ or ^no^

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Number Game:

Purpose: Loads of fun for you and your friends.

How to use: for single channel: type /numgame
            for multi-channel: type /numgame -m

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's enough help for the regular commands, they are mostly handled through
the pop-ups anyway which makes it VERY easy. Now on to the bots.

 Link Bot

Purpose: Links 2 net's together.

How to use: You can use this 2 different ways, the first way is connecting 2
bots, one to each net. You use this by:

Connecting one bot to one net, connecting bot #2 to the other net, join
the channels and WALLAH! nets are linked!

Using one bot:

Connect one bot to a different net then you are one, the make it join a chan
and WALLAH! Channels are linked.

WARNING: YOu will not have many commands while acting as one of the link bots

 Spy Bot

Purpose: This bot is used to spy on channels.

How to use: There are 2 ways to use this bot also! The first way is you just
relay all messages and events in channel #1 to channel #2, the 2nd way is you
get a bot to do it for you.

The 1st way can't get easier just click on the damn pop-up and join the chans.

The 2nd way is easy too, first connect spy bot and join the channels, the
pop-up will handle the rest.

The people in the channel that the spying is being shown into can do 3 things

They can type !modes which will return the current channel modes in the spy
chan. They can type !topic which will return the current channel topic in
the spy channel. and they can type !stats which shows how many ppl/ops etc.

 Channel Bot

Purpose: This bot can do many many things. It is mainly used to hold a chan
It has a mail system which allows people to send IRC email to each other.
It is stored neatly in an ini file and works great showing MANY stats.
The bot also has:

A partyline
A magic 8ball
Vote and numbergame scripts
And much much more..

How to use: This help file would be far too large if i said how to use
EVERY script in the channel bot. So here is a basic run-down.

Partyline: To get on the partyline by typing !partyline and when you are on
type .help for a list of commands.

IRCmail: Just mess-around a bit with this one, there are too many different
commands to explain. the commands are !read !check !mail !send and !delete.

Password Op Log-in: Anyone that is on the bots user list with a level of 2
will get op'd after supplying the proper password they set for themself.
They log-in by msging the bot !pass <password>. If no password is set that
will set it.

Vote script: You type !vote whatever whatever ^<param1>^ ^<param2>^. The
same as doing /vote this will pop-up a dialog box on teh main user confirming
the vote request.

Number game script: You type !numgame a similar dialog box will appear on the
main window confirming the game request.

8ball: You type !8ball on to turn it on and !8ball off to turn it off.
You type !ask <question> to ask it a question.

The rest of the commands are basically channel protection, topic keep, and
mode keep.

 Flood net bot

Purpose: This is a great bot used to initiate flood commands to all hiroscript
users connected to it. This can cause MASS CHANNEL DESTRUCTION! IT
allows MANY users to flood at the exact same time causing A LOT of excess
floods!!

How to use: After connecting this bot, get all the hiroscript users you can
find to connect to it. Tell them to load clones. Tell them to join the
channel you plan on flooding with them and there clones ( NOT the floodnet bot)
Then initiate the flood through the pop-ups and watch the excess floods
fly!!! This bot is also linkable, just simply have one bot connect to the
other and have double the destruction.

Now time for help with war... My favorite part!!

Loading Clones: In the main channel window just click on Load Clones under
war, you should have at least 2 clones for good flooding. And get them to
join the channel you plan on flooding.

The Floods:

The best flood for a channel is the CTCP bomb, it used to be the echo flood.
But with the release of mIRC4.7 it has become a lot weaker. The best flood
to do to an individual person without protection is the CTCP bomb, and if
they are not using mIRC4.7 then use one of the echo floods. If the person
does have protection go for the invite flood, most people are not protected
against this.

All of the floods ARE USEFUL just not as useful as others.

Nick Colliding:

Nick colliding is not done for a channel, just for an individual person.
This is extremely fun and to my knowledge can only be done on the undernet
and the Effnet. You simply load the nick collide bot on a LAGGED SERVER.
If the server is not lagged at least 3 seconds MASS PING the bot. Then get
you and the bot in the channel you plan on nick colliding. Click on start
in the pop-ups and enter the parameters. Now comes the tricky part.
You have to try and get the person that you wish to collide to change there
nickname, and when they do, they are dead!

Taking over a channel:

To my knowledge there are 4 ways to do this.

1) They all require getting ops and clicking on 'Takeover' in pop-ups under
war. The first way is to get ops by simply asking for them. When you get
ops click on takeover and boom the channel is yours!!

2) Flooding an op and coming in with the ops nickname. Sometimes another op
will be fooled by this and op you thinking it was the other person. After
that click on take-over

3) This is the hardest of the ways. You must flood everyone out of the
channel, then leave/rejoin and ban everyone.

4) Nethack. This requires running a version of mIRC after a split, connecting
to the split server, joining a channel (where you should get ops considering
no one should be there) and clicking on desynch in pop-ups. when everyone
comes back, you have ops and are free to do whatever you want!!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Flood Counter: Before you plan on flooding you should click on Reset under
war/flood counter. After you are done flooding display it to show how many
people you flooded.

((hirocript)) consists of a lot more then just this. This help file should
help you get through the harder parts and learn how to use it better.
