What it is:  WinWall is a program to easily change Windows 3.1 
wallpaper, either manually or at timed intervals

	VBRUN200.DLL   Visual Basic 2.0 Runtime, Place in 
                       your Windows Directory.

	Visual Basic 2.0 is new, and the runtime may not have 
        wide distribution yet.  If you have difficulty finding 
        it, contact the author above.
	
File created by WinWall:

	WinWall.DAT    Will be created in your Windows directory
                       when the first wallpaper is selected.

FULL INSTRUCTIONS for using WinWall are included in the on-line 
help file WinWall.HLP.  You may view this file by running it 
directly (choose File - Run - Winwall.hlp) or by accessing it 
through the program's help menu.
