The enclosed files FIREWORK.EXE and FIRELIB.DLL make up version 5.40 of
the Windows 3 screen blanking program FIREWORKS. This version is being
released as "freeware". Please feel free to use and copy this program,
as long as all documentation is included and no fee (other than a small
amount to cover duplication costs) is charged for it.
