                        What is The Hackers Companion (THC)?
                        ------------------------------------

THC is not the THC hacker written by vanHauser.  Altho it has the same name
it is quite a different program.  What 9x's THC is, is a powerful script
language hacker.  Kinda like Telix's SALT language (but much easier to learn).
With THC you can hack virtually ANYTHING with a dialup.  It comes with MANY
sample scripts to hack different OS's (like Wang VS, unix, VAX, Primos,etc)
The sample scripts give you a good idea on how to program with the language.
It is a DOS utility, runs under COM 1-4, IRQ 0-15, Bauds 0-1152oo.
It comes with many more utils then just that.  See for yourself.  If you
