  TV's Arthur Miller to Headline APTA Legislative Conference in Washington

 US Newswire: Noted Harvard Law School professor and television             
 personality Arthur Miller heads a list of featured speakers at the         
 American Public Transit Association's 1994 Legislative Conference,         
 scheduled for March 6-8, 1994, at the J.W. Marriott Hotel here.  An Emmy   
 Award winner, Miller is the legal editor for ABC-TV's "Good Morning        
 America," and is widely known for his ability to lead thought-provoking    
 discussion groups.  He is currently the Bruce Bromley Professor of Law at  
 Harvard Law School, where he has taught since 1971.  Miller will lead a    
 Sunday afternoon discussion group session titled "Transit Faces the        
 Future." Miller's session will set the stage for the next day's workshops  
 and sessions.  Those include "The Future of Transit Funding -- How Far Is  
 Up?," featuring leaders from the House and Senate appropriations and       
 authorizing committees, and "The Administration and the New National       
 View," featuring prominent members of the Clinton administration.
