Welcome to the first official version of K1ed.

This software was designed to be easy to use but I'll give You some
hints.
	Limitations:
	- This version can only run on a monocrome system.
	- This version don't edit in multi mode
	- The K1 don't react on one parameter change, it's the one at the
	  bottom of each source in the edit window, this is due to BUG in
	  the K1 OS and I hope it's corrected in version 1,1 of the K1,
	  I have not had the posibillity try it but the program does exactly
	  what it should.
	- You'll need a Kawai K1 or K1m synteziser.

	Features:
	- You can manage and copy pathes between banks on screen with the
	  mouse.
	- You can edit the sound on screen and see ALL parameters at one time.
	- You can edit envelops as grafic curves.
	- You select waveforms by name, not by number.
	- Plus more user friendly editing features.
	- If the synteziser is connected while running the program, all the
	  changes are made `on line'.
	- You can save banks of sounds on disk instead of on exspensive cards.

	In the edit window:
	- Use the mouse buttons to increment and decrement values/settings.
	- Holding down the shift key while pressing a mouse button changes
	  values in steps of 10 or where apropriate by one octave.
	- Pressing the function keys sends note on messages to the synt, nice
	  if You have a K1m without a keyboard connected.
	- Double click on the envelope parameters puts that env. into grafic
	  editing.
	- Click on the waveform and You'll get a window of all the avalible
	  256 waveforms and their type. When You select a wave, You can hear
	  the change imidiatly, to permanently select a wave: double click on
	  it, to cancel: click on the close box.
	  By pressing a key on the keyboard You select NEXT wave whose first
	  letter in its name matches the keystroke.
	- To copy a source to another source, use the menu option Copy source,
	  You can also copy to a clipboard then change patch and then paste
	  the source from the clipboard.

The program K1ed is a shareware program, and You are alowed to give a copy
to any one You like (when You do, please keep the all files together),
