GENERAL MIDI MENU

When this module is loaded it adds a new item to the inspector: "GM 
name". This is a pop-up menu (with sub-menus) that contains all the 
instrument names in the General MIDI protocol.

If you have a GM-compatible synth or sound module connected, you can 
select sounds for each track by using this menu. 

The menu adheres to the GM standard, with one exception, the Drum Sets 
sub-menu. To be able to select between drum sets you need to have a GS 
(Roland) compatible synth or sound module.
