The status a node must have before they can get a file from this area. The
node status is defined as follows:

  All = Anybody
  Kwn = Known nodes (In nodes or nodelist)
  Pwd = Password (You have password on them)

Use [Space] to cycle through the possible options, or press [+]/[-] to select.
Press [Enter] when done.

Creating a magic name, invokes the ability to associate the magic name to one
or more files, to enable ease of file requests from other systems.

One example of a pre-defined magic name is 'FILES' which is a magic name,
specified by FidoNet (gives a list of all available files).

  If access : If the file is within the request limits

              comming up).

               his system is less than or equal to
