The Emperor Norton Utilities for OS/2

The Emperor Norton Utilities is a collection of programs of an
Eristic, Slackful or just downright bizarre nature. These programs
may be found anywhere; on a FTP site, on your shelf, perhaps even having
spontaneously formed on an unformatted disk.

Install:
Just put the *.exe files somewhere in your path.

Usage:
I have included brief text files which describe the
usage for most of the utils (the src directories might
    contain more info).

In general, it is usually of the following form:

to place the output in a file.
        filter <Input.txt >Output.txt
OR
to place the output on the screen:
        filter <Input.txt
        filter <Input.txt |more
OR
      chain several filters together:
        cat Input.txt |filter1 |filter2

Ddate, Spew, TaxLaw and Belief are not filters:
Taxlaw requires an arguement for the number of paragraphs of tax-law
        eg. Taxlaw 3
Spew requires that the file headline be in the same directory as Spew.exe
Ddate accepts several arguements (described in ddate.txt)
    Belief requires no arguements.

See the 00Sample.txt file for sample output.
