DISCLAIMER: There is NO Tie-Missionbuilder YET!

This mission was done with an ugly Hex-Editor and a lot of
tinkering. I took an existing Tie-Mission and dropped
everything over board. There are a few similarities to
one or two existing (original) Tie-Missions, but in fact
that may have happened, too, if I had used an (still not
             existing) missionbuilder.

What's up in this mission?

Well, on Foxhound Leaders request I build an escort mission.
Here it is: You'll pilot a T/I and you'll have plenty of
fellow imperial crafts around. Even some missiles in you
ammunition bay. Now the bad news: Your right between the
jaws of an rebel ambush and you have to protect some slow
freighters and your mothership, a modified Frigate.
You can expect a hot LZ and a targetrich enviroment.
This mission is hard. I mean really hard. If you don't have
the picture of the whole battle in mind you' ll either loose
the freighters or the Frigate. Or both, if the worst things
             come true.
I would like to hear you comments, if I should make it easier,
or if ya like it the hard way.
There are a few hints at the end of the text and if you need
some help, you might take a look.

Where are the bad news?

Well, some of the bad news are mentioned above, but there is
more: I tested this mission thorougly, but only on hard level.
I gave medium and easy a short glimpse and they seem to work, too.
But they are far too easy.
I recomend, that you play this mission on hard level only.

How to use it?

Copy this files into your TIE\MISSION directory.
             Then run JAW.BAT
This will install JAWS as Mission one of Battle 2.
Your original mission file will be renamed into:
             B2M1FW.ORG
If you want to play that original mission again, then
             you have to delete B2M1FW.TIE
             Then rename B2M1FW.ORG into B2M1FW.TIE

Serve the Emperor ! (And have fun <g>)

Here are the hints:

There are two very dangerous flightgroups in this mission.
First is X-Wing Black and I would recomend to tale them out
ASAP, or they'll blast the freighters with their torps.
X-Wing Black is the only rebel group, that'll attack
the freighters. All other ships will attack you, the Steelfist
             or it's fighters.

Beware of B-Wing group Red! They are armed with torps and
their main target is the Steelfist. Be ready to engage this
group with all missiles left and further, if they fire at
the Steelfist, try to shoot at the torps, too.

Y-Wing group Yellow and Blue may attack the Steelfist, too.
But your wingmen and the Steelfist's escort should take them
out pretty easy. But give'em a close look from time to time,
while you battle with Gray's A-Wings.

In Addition: Flightgroup Rage may be attacked by imperial
flightgroups, if they are at leisure <g>. I know, this is
bug, but as I noticed this the first time, I liked it <eg>.
Now it's part of the story and you have to live with it.
This makes your job harder, but who has said, that this may
             be an easy ops <g>?

Good luck !!!
