  This is a quicky summary file of all the commands, settings, toggles, and 
  pathnames.  It is provided for you to print out and browse at your leisure-
  -to help you think of things you wish to do with this software.


  Below is a summary the menu commands.  The created commands have been 
  excluded.  For additional details quickly, hit <ctrl>F3 from the WFC
  screen.  To this list, you can add the ">xxx" command.

  System commands.  These commands you cannot put directly on a menu.

    -NET  disallow inbound net mail.
    +NET  allow inbound net mail again.
    -Usr  stop people from logging in.
    +Usr  allow people to login again.
    CMDS  import a text file in lieu of some commands.  [CMDS _pathname]
    DFRQ  create FREQ for a file.  [DFRQ _netaddress _magicname]
    ifGP  if user in group then skip ahead past next cmd. [ifGP _group]
    ifNU  if user is new (first call) then do next cmd, else jump it.
    ifSL  if SL is less, then exit to menu.  [ifSL _number _xxx]

    KILL  delete a file somewhere.  [KILL _pathname]

  User commands.  These are commands that can be put onto user menus.

    AReq  add entry to the requests list (REQUESTS.TXT).
    ARvw  add file review/extended description/alter description.
    AddB  add to the download batch.
    AnsQ  answer a questionaire. [AnsQ _questionarienumber]
    Arch  extract/text/view contents of an archive.
    Aset  turn ON/OFF your access to message areas.
    Asst  AI ask user to delete a file when real low on drive space.
    BiMd  use BiModem to UL/DL.
    Call  forced call-back verification.
    Chat  attempt to chat with sysop.
    CntB  show current contents of the download batch.
    DBVw  view contents of a DataBaser database. [DBVw _Bxx]
    DOOR  run a door program. [DOOR _EXITTYPE _FILETYPE _recnumber]

    The message and file commands follow a standard pattern:
      CMD        to do the action on the current area.
      CMD _area  to switch to area "_area" and do the command.
      CMD _Bxx   to present a menu of accessible areas listed in TXT_BLKS
                 Block #xx, then to switch to the selected area and do the
                 command.
      CMD _all   to present a menu of all accessible areas, then to switch
                 to the selected area and do the command.

  Sysop commands.  These are commands that, for the most part, should be
  put onto sysop menus, or sysop events, or sysop <ctrl>Fx.  Although some
  can be for users as well. 

    0Vot  reset/restart a voting question.
    AL&D  adjust all L&D values of files in an area.
    CnDL  report on download potential of all users.
    DBEd  work with a DataBaser database. [DBEd _Bxx]
    DOSx  shell to DOS, redirect output to the comm port.
    DecC  decrease all L&D (DeathCount) values by one.
    Desc  import an external files descriptions list.
    Dirx  list the contents of any directory (two column DOS style).
    ECHr  call no-route-via-hub addr's who get EchoMail. [ECHr _msgarea]
    FASL  change the File Area SL's in multiple File Area's.
    File  edit a files' record/information.
    FixL  change an SL value for users to a new value.
    GHiF  alter all the HiFilePtr values for a file area.
