Purpose:        To resolve the following problem reports:
****************************************************************************

Problem Report Number:  T08027
  Printing from a NOS 6.0 workstation running Windows 3.1 and SMB client
  to a shared printer resource on a WFW311 server will cause the 
  workstation to hang at the print dialog box, bleeping continuously.

Problem Report Number:  T07873
  "Invalid Function Number" returned by NET USE X: \\SERVER\resouce on
  certain SMB-based servers (e.g. LAN Server v4.0).

Problem Report Number:  T07623
  Get license timeout messages when there should still be available  
  license slots.  Please also download patch NTB600.ZIP, as part of the
  fix is in AILANBIO.EXE.

Problem Report Number:  T07612
  When attempting to open a document in the Paradox databaes, the error
  "Unable to open table" is displayed if internal share is loaded.  If you
  then click, or select the forward browse arrow, another message "LOCK
  VIOLATION" is displayed.

Problem Report Number:  T07204
  With NCP_SUPPORT enabled and token ring adapters in the server and
  workstations, the workstation will lock once the message "NCP Server
  Found" is displayed.

Problem Report Number:  T07197
  Cannot open KWDICT.IDX file from the alliance plus, circulation
  plus and catalog plus modules when internal share is loaded.

Problem Report Number:  T06882
  When internal sharing is enabled and the server is set up to do file  
  level security, DOS issues 'Sharing violation' critical errors.  Using
  normal DOS SHARE.EXE works around the problem.

Problem Report Number:  T06440
  SERVER/VERBOSE did not display correct status of the security module.

Problem Report Number:  T06326
  NCP support of REDIR cannot detect hidden subdirectories on a Novell
  server.

Problem Report Number:  T06318
  Logins give different error messages and behavior depending on whether
  remote account servers are used.
  The message for direct account - "ERROR: Invalid username or password,
  LOGIN has failed."
  The message for remote account used to be - "You have been denied access on
  network node <SERVER> reading drive C, Abort, Retry, Fail?"

Problem Report Number:  T06273
  Internal SHARE may not function with some applications if you do not NET
  USE your own drive.

Problem Report Number:  T06262
  A workstation may appear to pause for a non-deterministic amount of time
  ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes.

Problem Report Number:  T06159
  If FFRPL remote booting is enabled and EMM386.EXE is loaded at a remote
  boot server, the error message "Unable to load, Not enough memory" and
  system halted will occur when trying to load server.

Problem Report Number:  T06143
  Users get an error message "Invalid file handle" or "File creation error"
  when attempting to print on a workstation to a redirected printer port.

Problem Report Number:  T05917
  Applications lock up during save operations if internal SHARE  is
  enabled.  This has been found on some database applications written a few
  years ago.

Problem Report Number:  T05855
  Multiple diskless workstations trying to boot using find/found will
  lock the server.

Problem Report Number:  T05784
  "Memory allocation error, Cannot load COMMAND..." when loading SERVER.EXE
  low and 386MAX v7 is loaded.

Problem Report Number:  T05755
  "Error: Not enough memory - Reduce files, tasks, buffer size, 
  random-access cache, or resource cache" when trying to load SERVER high
  with QEMM and other memory managers.  A new switch /LHIGH has been added
  to SERVER.EXE.

                 RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
****************************************************************************

Run NOS600.EXE to your LANtastic network directory (by default, this
directory is C:\LANTASTI).  Make sure that the files SERVER.EXE and
REDIR.EXE are in this directory.  Make sure that these copies of REDIR
and SERVER are the one currently used by the network on this machine.

Run NEWNOS batch file and follow the instructions to create licensed copies of
REDIR.EXE and SERVER.EXE.  If the machine is not a server (i.e. if it is a
workstation only), NEWNOS.BAT will issue a warning about being unable to
update SERVER.EXE, and will proceed to update REDIR.EXE.

Repeat this procedure on all machines on the network.
