NOTE:  This was a quick translation of the German document.  It will give
you the basic idea behind the program.  The CPX module and doc file remain
the property of the programmer.  This was translated by Jeff Wisniewski
(J.WISNIEWSK2).

With this CPX Module you can change the Configuration of the DIP switches
of the Mega-STe or TT computers.

This Software will override the Hardware settings.

The CPX module goes into the place in TOS, reads the Cookie '_SWI' and
makes the changes according to the program settings.

By using these Cookies the Configuration can now be changed without
having to open up the computer to physically change them.
 
The eight Switches reserve/set the eight Bit of the '_SWI' Cookie upon
boot-up.  If the bit is on then the switch is set to on.

So far I only know the meanings of the following two switches:
 
Switch 8: DMA-Sound switch.  On means that the DMA Sound is active.  This
          is also in the _SND- Cookie, Bit 1 highlighted.
 
Switch 7: HD-Floppy switch.  If you have the AJAX Chip, a version of TOS
          greater than 2.05, and a HD-Floppy drive, then flip this DIP
          switch to 'On' to use the HD floppy drive.
