This is the first beta-version released. This was actually the first
version to appear outside my studio.

o Dumpman could load in medium resoultion. This is now locked. 
  Reported by Martin Haggbom.

o The FORM_DO routines is now remade for maximum compability with
  MultiDialog.

o Pressing the Cancel button in the file selector didn't work. It does 
  now. Reported by Green Tommy.

o When using the fileselector for the first time, it appears in the
  directory Dumpman was started from. Thanks to Gordie Meyer.

o If you ran Dumpman as an accessory, and loaded an ALL dump, switching 
  over to see the Multis, closing the program and then calling the 
  accessory again, you would see all the multis names, but the button 
  would say "S" for Singles... Fixed.

o Clear MIDI-buffer slightly optimized.

o The transmit Sys-Ex routine is optimized.

o The previous version had a small bug in the receiving process, that
  could lead to that the received dump got corrupted. Fixed with a 
  MUCH safer and faster routine.

o Incompablilty with the very small screen saver NITE. NITE does 
  something with the MIDI-buffer that corrupts the current dump.
  DON'T USE NITE WHEN USING ANY FORM OF MIDI-EQUIPMENT!

This version is the same as v1.02 but with the saving option disabled 
as this version is included with my with my Kawai K4 patches.

o If you save the dump under a new name, the name will also change in
  the dialog.
