About Jack This simple yet striking animation was created by using CAD 3D to create the basic jack. The center parts are spun/stretched objects which were moved into place and the spheres were attached to the ends. The entire object was then rotated and shot. I tried to include enough frames to ensure the smooth- ness of the final animation. The sequence was saved one frame at a time so I could use Tom Hudson's Anti-aliaser on each frame. This could have been done within CAD 3D but I had already shot the delta files before I bought the anti-aliaser. Besides, it wasn't that many frames. The frames were loaded back into Cyber Paint to convert them back to a sequence file. The credits were prepared using DEGAS Elite so I could create the neon-type of effect and finally laid onto the sequence in Cyber Paint. Enjoy!
