In order to use the BJ200 with EZ-Score you must set the dip 
switches on the printer. Minimally, dip switch 12 must be on for 
Epson emulation. I also have dip switch 2 on which is required 
for any program that assumes that the printer can print 66 lines/page 
otherwise your output will be missing lines.

EZ-Score comes with a program CONFIG.TTP. You can use this program
to create custom printer drivers. You run the program by launching
CONFIG.TTP and enter the name of the printer driver you want to
modify. I started with a 24 Pin Star printer and changed two
lines:

For BJ200C.CNF, (compressed print)  I set Lines per Page to 
2160 and Dot Columns per line to 1440. For BJ200.CNF, I set
Lines per page to 2160 and dot Columns per Line to 960. 

The EZ-Score documentation for CONFIG.TTP does not explain
how to calculate the proper settings for a particular printer.
All of the supplied drivers caused my BJ200 to print the page
number on a separate page. The settings in BJ200C.CNF and 
BJ200.CNF keep the page number on the same page as the music.

I also recommend that EZ-Score users use either the Share Ware
FPPRNT.PRG or the commercial product, OUTBURST!. FPPRNT.PRG easily 
doubled the speed of my printouts.!!!!
