Hello,

This  is the first english release of the  communication  program 
STarCall for the ATARI ST...FALCON.
This  version is not translated completely,  but i hope you  will 
understand it.

STarCall is a complete Terminal/Fax/BBS System for ATARI !!!

Now a very short introduction:

1.) Installing STarCall.

Use  INSTALL.PRG to install STarCall.  It will extract  the  LZH-
files and copy it on your Harddisk.  STarCall will use about 1 MB 
on your Harddisk.
INSTALL.PRG  will  copy  the  file  STARCALL.SET  on  your   root 
directory and lets you modify it.

2.) Using STarCall.

Run  STARBOOT.PRG.  The first you have to do now ist  to  reenter 
your  registration code.  Then you must change the Parameters  of 
you Modem.  (RS232-Settings).  Now you can enter some Numbers  in 
the telephone directory and begin you session.

3.) Answering calls:

STarCall can answer calls and,  if your modem has a FAX or  VOICE 
option, detect FAX/VOICE/DATA-calls.
You  should  record  an anouncement and  enable  the  answer-mode 
before using the VOICE-option.

4.) Using VIEWFAX

Viewfax  ist used to display the incoming FAX.  Its easy to  use, 
you will see...

5.) Sending a FAX

To send a FAX you have to convert a ASCII,  IMG, CALAMUS or other 
document with one oft the FAX-Drivers.
Example: Run ASCII.PRG to convert a ASCII-File into a FAX-File.
Then Run STARFAX or the FAX-Option of STarCall, enter the Number, 
and the FAX will be send.

6.) Using STARBOX

STarBox  is a BBS System to STarCall.  It's available  in  german 
only, but we will convert it too.

7.) Finally,

we are working on a english manual and english RSC-files.
Perhaps you can translate the RSC-File to french language?
