    FORMDIAL.ACC  -  This ACC issues a form_dial of 1280 x 1280. When you
                     turn screen acceleration off in W9, the W9 control panel
                     punches a hole in the screen. You can either read a
                     text file, full size a window or call FORMDIAL to
                     allow the screen to be "redrawn". It can be used with
                     anything which "messes up" the desktop display.
    NEWTERMS.TXT  -  Update/registration policies.
    OTHERTTL.TXT  -  Latest file versions.
    READ_PIC.TXT  -  This file.

    MODIFICATON
    -----------
    Feel free to modify all _BUT_ HSEEK207.PI3, READ_PIC.TXT, OTHERTTL.TXT
    and NEWTERMS.TXT.

    For the unfamiliar, PI1=ST LOW, PI2=ST MEDIUM,PI3=ST HIGH.

    The GEM icons will NOT sit squarely within the grid boxes (since GEM
    employs some convoluted method of icon placement), but they WILL sit
    IN the box.

    The "grid templates" are supplied not only so that you may fill to your
    hearts content, but (in the case of the GEM desktop) also so that you
    have a base reference from which to "tweak" the boxes.


    DISTRIBUTION
    ------------
    You are free to copy and distribute the original file collection as long
    as if you are distributing it AS the original file collection, ALL files
    are included, are NOT modified in ANY way and NO FEE of ANY type is
    incurred upon the recipient for the files _themselves_.

    You ARE free, of course, to do whatever you see fit with any pictures
    you create as a result of these files.

    For your convenience, this collection extracts into seperate folders.
    If you didn't EXTRACT W/FOLDER this time and got lost in all the files,
    well...
