Pin connections for 4 joystick adapter

This is suppose to work on Leathernecks and Gauntlet II
Although I tested it on the cracked Leatherneck and the players move
but do not fire. Have not tried it on the original Leatherneck or
Gauntlet II. I bought my adapter so I know the pins are correct.
