Enter the users handle to send mail to.  If you are not sure of the 
spelling, enter part of it.  The BBS will then search for any user who has
what you type, in their handle.  For Example:

To Who (?=Help): David Br

The BBS will return:

Partial match found "David Brown" is this correct?
