A sample config file;

TEMPLATE.DAT is your IN-templatefile
MARSMAIL.RAN is the file with the cookies
TEMPLATE.TPL is your OUT-templatefile, as configured in the BINKLEY.CFG
250          is the maximum number of cookies in your cookie-file


You need to have the keyword "TEMPLATE template.tpl" in you BINKLEY.CFG
to let binkley know where it can find the template.


RND_TMPL.CFG and TEMPLATE.DAT are 2 example file's.
