Known bugs in JetMail

-  There seems to be a bug concerning relative paths when
   auto-adding areas.

-  MOVE-Mail has a bug with file attaches.

-  Netmail to an unknown local point should be bounced, not routed to
   the default netmail link.

-  When using ExtraNetmail, JetMail doesn't use NetmailType/EchomailType
   dimensions.
