This version of IOSmail works only with Binkley version 3.01a and higher.
It DOESN'T work in TheBox or older Binkley environments. This is caused by
the new IOSmail 4D outbound structure.

First read the update file(s) *.UPD before replacing your copy of IOSmail.
Many changes in the configuration have taken place. Read the file
very carefully!

MANY parts of IOSmail were HEAVILY changed. That means that you have to
expect bugs. Please keep a copy of your last IOSmail version. Make a
backup of your outbound folder and messagebase before using the new IOSmail
version.

ATTENTION: The archiver MUST _move_ (not copy) the packets to the archive.
Indeed, this is not good. We'll think about a solution to this.
