You have dropped carrier on a previous visit.. Please note that
dropping carrier is BAD PRACTICE and can lock up the BBS until the
sysop returns to reboot the system.

If you are experiencing problems with the BBS, or you think you have
found a bug, please leave a message to the sysop.

In any case, leave a message stating why you had to drop carrier.

Repeatedly dropping carrier without notifying the sysop will result in
your access being decreased automatically.. Thankyou...
