CHK_DATE.PRG

It sometimes occur than the datestamp of files is newer then the 
current date.Quickbbs doesn't display those files so they can't
be the users.
CHK_DATE will scan all file areas found in FLSEARCH.CTL and let's
you decide to touch any corrupted datestamps.
To find FLSEARCH.CTL the enviroment variable QBBS must be present.
