Binkleyterm V3.12 Official Release

In this packet is included the comdriver HSMODA02 and some Programs for
yuor  Autofolder.  Please use this when you want Binkley works nice.
The  Driver BINKLEY.IO must exist in the same folder or you cannot work
with Binkley. Binkley works now with all Ports of Atari Computers.
