ApplyList A nodelist editing program by Daniel Roesen on 2:243/95.2 Version 1.00 ApplyList is a program used to update FidoNet Nodelist compatible system listings. This means that it can also be used to update ANetList, 69list or the Region 24 pointlist. If no options are given within the commandline, the expected name for the list is NODELIST.nnn and the expected name for difference files is NODEDIFF.nnn. You can change this names with using the -LIST and -DIFF options. Examples: -LIST=POINTS24 -DIFF=PR24DIFF -LIST=ANETLIST -DIFF=ANETDIFF The first commandline is used to update the Region 24 Pointlist, the second one for the AdultNet nodelist. If you wish to have obsolete LISTs and DIFFs deleted, add the '-CLEAN' option to the commandline. ApplyList offers the ability of batch processing. Example: NODELIST.277, NODEDIFF.284 and NODEDIFF.291 are located in the same directory of ApplyList. After a run of ApplyList you have a NODELIST.291 and the DIFFs and NODELIST.277 are deleted (if -CLEAN is used). ApplyList is using CRC-16 (Cyclic Redundancy Check, 16 bit) to be shure to leave accurate information in the resulting LIST file.
