I want to give you some short informations, before you start the
programm. It's maybe a little bit buqqy yet. But I had problems
with the GFA-Compiler and my code. Normaly I make demos and no
monochrome GFA-progs. A better version is comming soon. If you
want it as fast as possible, you have to look at our BBS called
PuMa ( fido 2:245/114 phone 0201 29 63 23 ).

1: Why that shit!!
Ansipaint is the only tool for a ST-user to paint logos and
pictures with a IBM-charset.

2: Paintmode (default)
You can activate the paintmode by pressing the PAINT-button of the
menue.
In right side of the menue you can see a little box. The char inside
the box box is activ. That means, if you now move the mouse over the
screen by pressing the left mousebutton, you'll paint with that char.
If you press the right mousebutton, you paint with char 32 (Space).

Chose the active char in the line at the top of the menue!

3: Textmode (activate with TEXT-button)
If you now press the left mousebutton somewhere over the screen,
you'll get a cursor to write a line with the keyboard.
The right mousebutton works as in PAINTMODE

4: QUIT
Press here, to leave the programm

5: UNDO (nothing to explain)

6: LOAD and SAVE
SAVE your screen as an normal textfile or LOAD a text.
The maximum is 23 lines with 90 chars.

7: musical note
Switch the sound on and off
The next version will have a new sound!

8: CLEAR
Clear a screen

9: 1 2 3
There you can chose between 3 screens to work with.

10: INFO
some stupid informations about the programm

         -Blockfunctions-
11: CUT
By pressing CUT you can cut and replace a textblock out of your
screen.

12: COPY
The same as CUT, but the block will only be copied inside the
blockbuffer.

!!!you can leave the blockmode by pressing the right mousebutton!!!!!
 
13: Replace and Transparent
- Replace
  The whole block (also spacechars) are layed over the screen
- Transparent
  Spacechars don't replace the chars of the screen

14: What's coming next?
I've no idea. At first, I want to make some comercial programms.
Also, I plan to finish my QWK-reader.
