This Windows 95 / Windows NT control center takes NO space on your 
desktop!  Until you need it, SmilerShell/95 is just a tiny button that 
hops into the titlebar of whichever app you're working in.  Right-click

new app, or switch to a currently-running one.  Left-click the button to
