View/15 v4.00

Features:
    o 	Reads Targa 24-bit Uncompressed, Vivid/Alias 24-bit,
        DBKTrace/PVRay 24-bit and NIF 15-bit files
	o	Reads NAF Animated Files
    o   Recognizes GIF87a, GIF89a, Windows Bitmaps and others
    o	Supports ET-4000 Hicolor, ET-4000 and boards with a VESA BIOS
    o   Allows 15-bit, 24-bit files to be displayed in 256 color modes*
    o	Writes NIF 15-bit RLE compressed files. When converting from a
        24-bit to NIF, compression ratio can exceed 90%
    o	Accepts Wildcards as filenames
    o	Will write 4DOS Descriptions of each file read (file type, 
        resolution and number of colors)
    o   Will simply display information of each file in the specified
        directory.
    o	Allows you to determine which video mode to use
        If you enter "VIEW15 /?" you'll get a listing of all the
        available video modes
    o   Automatic detection and use of second monochrome monitor to
        display image/video board specific information

* The color mapping function of View/15 is seriously slow. I am currently
  working on this. There are three different palettes to choose from:

    Palette 0: Best all-around colors. Lotsa mixed colors
    Palette 1: Contains the most "pure" colors of different intensities.
               Excellent for ray-tracings.
    Palette 2: Gray-Scale

Usage: VIEW15 <filename/wildcard> [options]

/HELP  Provides a full listing of the options

/4DOS  Writes 4DOS Description of each file. Example:

	   vivid1.img  788698	  11-03-92	23:45  Vivid [800x600x 16.8M]

/INFO  Provides information about each file specified. Example:

/CONV  Converts the specified files to .NIF format. This 15-bit format
       saves a considerable amount of drive space.
