Before being abducted by aliens, Greg Nicol talked to Astral vibration

GN> G'day Pete, many people interested in the psysic area are interested
GN> in astral travel including myself. It was astral travel that i first
GN> discovered after beginning meditation. It's one of those abilities
GN> that breaks the barriers of the so called norm. The thing with astral
GN> travel is that some of us have to actually work harder at it than
GN> other, I was one of the ones that had to work hard, but it pays off in
GN> the end. The actual meditation involved in achieving the state
GN> required actually does more to the body than you think, it will bring
GN> in a lot of different energies that will alter you body in a number of
GN> ways so don't get dismayed when the attempt don't go how you want them
GN> to go because you still doing marvellous things for yourself anyway.
GN> A good way of getting in that state though is to lie or sit down in a
GN> comfortable position with the spine straight and allow the conscious
GN> mind to relax and disipine yourself to keep the mind quiet. Allow
GN> each part of your body to become fully relaxed and then visulize white
GN> light surrounding yourself and ask for protection and guidence to be
GN> given to you. Focus your vision so that you are looking at a point
GN> about 30 cm in front of you and dont strain too hard but just nice and
GN> relaxed. You will get to a state of being where you will not be able
GN> to feel your body at all and you will just be mind. Now keep the
GN> vision of an intese white light all around you and allow your mind to
GN> move o to a world of it's own. If you cannot see anything in your
GN> vision exept for the black in front of your eyes that doesn't matter
GN> you will still be able to feel that you are elsewhere, in a higher
 GN> dimension.
GN> Eventually as you get deeper and deeper you will see a vision of
GN> something in front of your eyes, don't try to look at the light you
GN> see, rather allow it to come into focus on it's own. It's sort of
GN> like looking at those magic eye books, if you try too hard to see you
GN> end up straining your eyes and the picture quickly fades from vision.
 GN> It's a very relaxed focus.
GN> See how you go with this and let me know.

 GN> Regards Greg...
