Purpose:
With Internet Touchtone's innovative "highlight and click" interface,
making a phone call through a PC has never been easier. There is
no need to manually start the Windows 95/NT dialer or physically
enter a phone number. Simply use the mouse to highlight a string of
text containing the phone number and click the Internet Touchtone
icon. Internet Touchtone's "smart dialer" will then identify and dial
  the phone number for you.

For example, when reading an article or essay on-screen where a
phone number appears, just highlight the section of text and click.
Internet Touchtone does the rest. In addition, Internet Touchtone
will store the numbers into a history list as they are dialed. This
feature enables users to easily access frequently-dialed numbers.

Internet Touchtone is a 32-bit application which will work with
practically all Windows applications including spreadsheets, word
processors, databases, e-mails, web pages, contact manager and
personal information manager (PIM) applications, etc.
