ComClock Documentation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ComClock is a fairly simple clock program which can
be resized to any size, and the face will fill the
window. It can be set to remain on top all of the
time, and it has analogue and digital modes. Upon
exit, the clock will store all of the information
about the size and type of clock for next time it
is started. It is very simple compared to many
other clocks, but it is fine for my usage, and I
thought it may come in handy for other users.
ComClock is distributed as Commentware - Ie. to
recieve the code to stop the questions comming up
every time it is started, you just need to send an
email message to the author, Richard Griffiths at
D.R.G@Btinternet.com, and the code will be sent by
return mail. The program itself is freely
distributable, but the alteration of any files
involved is not. Technical support is also
available this way, although I don't know why you'd
need it :-)
ComClock is Copyright 1997 Richard Griffiths. For
information about the discalimer, see the
"Registration - Free!" portion of the program, or
read on.
The latest version contains features which enhance
the clock in several ways : For instance, a
background picture can be placed on the analogue
clock, an AM/PM feature can be used digitally, and
on both, the font can be selected for the clock
face. I admit that this needs improvement, but it
will soon get better.
PS: To change the picture, edit the "ComClock.bmp"
    file with any paint program.
