WindSock 1.1 - Windows Performance Analysis and Resource Monitor utilities

The WindSock 1.1 package contains two utilities for Microsoft Windows:
WindSock, which measures Windows CPU, Disk, and Video Performance; and
WindSkRM, which monitors the usage of Windows resources.

This is a upgrade to the WinSpeed freeware utilities, which have been
renamed due to a name clash with a recently released Windows product.

The package consists of the following files:

To install these utilities, copy the files into a directory on your hard
disk (the Windows directory is OK), and define the EXE files to Windows
using the File...New Menu command.
