Abstract:

    Palettes switching test case for Bob.  This is an attempt
to demonstrates that palettes can indeed be switched back and forth.
Note, the original version of mypal is on the SDK CD.  Please refer
to that program if you are interested in palette stuff, in general.

    Force Mypal to repaint (by, say, resizing the window) to toggle
between the two palettes.
