Copy these files to a floppy, run the networks applet from the control
panel (you must have administrator privilige to install a network adapter)
and choose the 'Add Adapter' option.  Select 'other' and when prompted
give the path to the floppy containing the driver files.

This version of the ELNK3 install does not perform netcard detection.
When installing the driver, the slotnumber parameter is only relevant to
the MCA and EISA versions of the ELNK3 adapter, the I/O base parameter
applies to the ISA version of the ELNK adapter.
