Since July 1992 I have been providing executable versions
of WINBEZ in this library.  In October I uploaded WINBE2
and MIPBE2 to run with the October '92 beta release of
Windows NT.  These same executables will also run with
the March '93 beta 2 release of Windows NT.

The contents of many of the DLLs that define Windows NT
have changed between October '92 and March '93.   The
general rule is that all applications will have to be
recompiled with the March '93 beta.  However, the 78
functions imported by WINBEZ just happened to be in the
same DLLs that they were in in the October '92 beta.
For more information, try the following command:

    link32 -dump -all winbez.exe

Applications built for the March '93 beta are supposed to
run without recompiling on the final NT 1.0 release.
