HelpIndex.zip the bare minimum to run the Hi HelpIndex Java applet.
hi230bas.zip also contains the HTML common documentation set.
hi230win.exe also has Hi Lab, the Windows index file editor.

You must unzip the zip files with a decompressor
which can cope with long filenames.
- Simply run hi230win.exe to install.
- Otherwise, unzip hi230bas.zip and point your browser at index.html.

The evaluation version will display a maximum of 500 indices and 100 URLs.
Note that this is enough for most small sites.
The full version removes these limits.

You may redistribute hi230bas.zip and/or hi230win.exe,
provided they are unaltered.
