3. Disclaimer
=============

It is unfortunate that we live in a litigous society in which the
lawyers are generally the only winners. However, that makes the
following verbiage necessary:

Don Hass and dHp Software take no responsibility for any damage
to goods or lives through misuse (or ill behaved behavior) of this
program.

This program has been tested and checked to be error free.
However, like any piece of software there can be incompatibility
problems or little critters that sneak in to the code.
We disclaim any responsibility for the damages your computer,
your data or your life that may incur through the use of this program.

Now that we have said all that really exciting stuff, we have to say
thanks for reading it!

Hope that clears all that up.

4. Technical Support
====================

SpaceTracker is being released with the hopes that it is self
explanatory in nature and you are able to quickly start using it
to track all the drives you want. However, if for some reason you
run into a snag trying to use SpaceTracker or even worse you
find a bug you may feel the need to contact us for some support.
We have listed e-mail and web addresses below for those purposes
and we will try to respond to reproducible errors in the program.

dHp Software has tried to the best of its ability to make a critter
free program. However, there is really no such thing and inevitably
problems may arise. If such an occasion does arise, we are more than
willing to take bug sightings and try to resolve the problem.

dHp Software also welcomes all suggestions and comments related to
the SpaceTracker package. All suggestions will be considered for
possible implementation in future releases of the program.
However, dont hold you breathe.

Current technical support questions should be directed to dHp Software.
