The idea behind Internet Offload is to download the files you regularly
view before you want to view them.

Pre-downloading Internet files and storing them on your hard disk is
dramatically faster than retrieving them from the Internet when they're
needed. After all, the slowest hard disk is many times faster than a
dual port ISDN line, which can cost you hundreds of dollars to set up
and a hundred per month to maintain.

Therefore, using the time your computer is idle to download these files
before you need them is time and cost effective. You spend less time
looking at an hourglass cursor and, for less money than a 2400 baud
modem, you get better performance than ISDN.

To install Internet Offload, run setup.exe. The first time you run
the software, you'll need to provide Internet Offload with some basic
information.

Before Internet Offload can download Web sites for you, the program
needs a little information about your computer, your Internet
Connection, and the files you wish to automatically download.

First, from the "Internet" tab, instruct Internet Offload how you want
the program to access your Internet account.

Next, from the "Browser" tab, tell Internet Offload the path of your
Web browser, so that you can easily view the files you download.

Additional options may chosen from the "Download Settings" tab.

Then, from the "Links" tab, tell Internet Offload which Web sites to
download. This can be done by importing links from a file, such as
Netscape Navigator's bookmark.htm, and then editing them or manually
adding links one at a time.

You can then wait for Internet Offload to download links as you've
scheduled them, or, from the "Links" tab, you can highlight links
and choose "Download Selected Links Now!"

Lastly, from the "Registration" tab, please register Internet Offload.

Internet Offload is fully functional for 30 days. After this
evaluation period, the program's download feature is disabled. From
the "Registration" tab on the Program Settings dialog, you can view and
print the registration form. Once you enter their registration code,
the program's downloading feature will be restored. The registration
fee is only $15.

Internet Offload is a piece of shareware and may be freely distributed
in its entirety.
