To install the Fortran for the Windows 3.0 API kit you will need approximately
400K free on the destination drive. To install the kit, type KITINS n:, where n:
is the destination drive. The PKUNZIP program will need to be on the path or
in the current directory. The file F4W3API.KIT file will need to be in the
current directory. The following directories will be created, if they do not
exist, on the destination drive :

\WINDEV\FORTRAN\FORTWIN
\WINDEV\FORTRAN\FWCLOCK
\WINDEV\INCLUDE

The following files will be created, or over-written if they already exist,
in those directories :
