NOAA.ICO & NOAA2.ICO are icons suitable for Windows.  These were made by
Terry Lee Moore and Perry Hillegas so we could have National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration logos on some icons.  One is on a white
background and the other is on a typical gray button.  Please include
them in whatever icon library you may have.   Enjoy!
