Dear FCPLite1 user:

Welcome to "FrenchClozePlus", the latest product of FrancoPhil.
"FrClozeP", for short, is a JavaScripted program that will
function only if accessed in the Netscape 3.0 (or later)
Navigator or in Microsoft's IE browser version 3.2 or later.

A comprehensive introduction to FCPLite1 is found in the
"readme.txt" file and also in the "HelpMe.htm" file. The latter
can be accessed (via a button) only after moving from the main
menu (chezmoi.htm) to one of the cloze-type exercises listed in
the main nenu.

Before installing FCPLite1 on your computer, you should know
that the installation file ("FCPLite1.exe") will install some of the
files in a main directory (FCPLite1) of your computer's C:\
drive and others in three other subdirectories (MChoice, Quizzes,
and VPrac). If, however, you wish to install FCPLite1 elsewhere,
you may do so by typing in the appropriate destination when you
are given an opportunity to change the default destination as
written in the installation screen that appears when you first
click on "FCPLite1.exe".

A total of 187 files (mostly hypertextual files) will thus be copied
into four directories: one main directory and three subdirectories.
Once you have located and successfully opened "chezmoi.htm", you
will need to click on one of four choices (cloze-type exercises)
to display that exercise within a framed setting. The two-frame
display should thereafter remain visible and active while you
navigate in and out of exercises and menus.

Please read the Readme.txt file before proceeding with the
installation of FCPLite1.

If you encounter any problem during or after installing FCPLite1,
you may reach me by e-mail: BenGP@aol.com

Good luck or Bonne chance!

Ben G. Philippon
