Winamp Skin Maker version 0.32
Copyright (C) 1998-1999 Ajie

Introduction
------------

Now, it is easy to make a skin. You can put the picture of your favorite
soccer team, your cat, your girl/boy friend, or anything as your Winamp's
skin. You only need less than one minute! You should have a Winamp installed
on your system, before using this program.
If you do not know what is 'skin' and what is 'winamp', this program is not
for you. If you really want to know about it, just ask your friend or visit
Nullsoft in http://www.winamp.com.

What do I need to make a skin with this program?
- A computer, of course, with Windows '95 (or later) and Winamp has
installed and work properly on it.
- Super VGA card with at least 1 MB memory.
You must set your display to high-color or better to get the best result.
- One or more true-color (24-bit) bitmap image, with 275x116 pixels or more.
If you have a picture with JPEG or GIF or another file format, you should
convert it to Windows Bitmap (BMP) file format with another image editor.
You can't crop, resize, or do another image manipulating process within
this program. So, you should do that with another program, such as
Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Imaging that delivered with Windows.
- That's all.

What should I do?
- First, run the program.
- Open any bitmap (BMP) file, using 'Open Bitmap...' menu.
- Adjust the image position if necessary, by hold your left mouse button
when the cursor is above the image, and move it.
- Select 'Make Skin!', and your skin has created.
You can change your skin's style by select 'Skin Template' in the combo box
below the image. Also, you can change another setting from project option
  menu and title text button.
If you feel disappoint with your image position, just select 'Undo Skin..',
adjust the image, and then select 'Make Skin!' again.
- You can save your skin by select 'Save' menu, and then a dialog box will
appear. If necessary, change your Winamp directory, by default Winamp
installed on 'C:\Program Files\Winamp'. Type the name for your skin, and
  press 'OK' button.
- Finally close the program, and run Winamp to make sure that your skin
  exist.
- Please read What's New section below, and find out new features.

Note
----

There's no warranty for this program. I claim no responsibility for any
damage or any unwanted results from the use of this program. I have tried
it on my pentium, and it worked fine. Anyway, I'm sure that you must be
have a pentium if you have Winamp.

To uninstall Skinner, just delete all files in the Skinner directory and
the shortcut in start menu. Skinner doesn't write anything to your windows
directory and windows registry.
