SIMTEL does not allow automatic setup-packages including
runtime-DLL. So look at our homepage mentioned at the end of
this file or you will have to install the package manually:

INSTALLATION

1 skip points 2-5 if the latest VB6 libraries are already
installed on your PC in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM respectively
  \WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory:
               COMCAT.DLL
               MSVBVM60.DLL
               OLEAUT32.DLL
               OLEPRO32.DLL
               STDOLE2.TLB
2 download the latest VB6 libraries from:
         http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/win95/dll.html
download the package called "simvb6-4.zip" or higher (corres-
  ponding to later updates).
3 unzip the zip files from units32e.zip (and simvb6-x.zip) to a
  temporary directory C:\TEMP
4 restart your PC in MS-DOS mode
5 change to the temp directory (by typing: cd \temp )
6 (unzip if from pt 1 and) type dllinst and press ENTER
7 (start windows by typing win and press ENTER)
8 move all the files except the *.DLL files to your
application directory (and clear the TEMP directory).
9 drag the program UNITS32.EXE with the right mouse-key to the
desktop, or near the start button on the task bar (if you have
  MSIE installed): make a link.
Or make a link into the "\windows\start" directory.
SO you will access the program rapidly.

  RE-START (for the font registry).

Now you can launch the program. Enjoy it !
... and sorry for the complicated Simtel way...

NT4-Users without installation rights must call the adminis-
trator for the installation, if the VB6 libraries are not
present in \WINNT\SYSTEM32. It is however possible to install
the program manually: unzip the files into the application
directory , put the *.DLL files into \WINNT\SYSTEM32, ignore
the errors, put UNIT32.TTF into \WINNT\FONTS, make links and
drag them (desktop/taskbar).
Restart WindowsNT.
